A small Haul & Expo

It's been a while since I updated. I've been so distracted lately with other projects which I am in the process of making another blog since it isn't mail related. I am also excited about attending the Memories Scrapbooking Expo this Friday.



I wanted to share the latest goodies I bought a few days ago. Some of this stuff I needed for the expo since I signed up for a couple of classes with a friend. I really needed a nice pair of scissors since I usually buy the cheap kind. I am quite happy with this cute CutterBee scissor. I find them very confortable and I like the fact that there are small. I also got some foam adhesive which were 40% off. I saw these cute lunch bags which I plan to use as envelope for my deco swaps. This carot card also got my attention and I couldn't resist the lil' 'statches. These adhesive borders from K&Company where clearance out~ So I had to snatch them up.



I bought some 8x8 scrapbooking paper and craft tags. I wanted something small to take to the expo. I really do not want to take too much. I can also use these tags for some "Deco Supply Bags".



I am always looking for rubber stamps and I just love these. I plan on taking these to the expo since I already have an idea of what I want to do.

That's it. I bought a few other stuff since my last entry. I haven't really had a chance to sit through and edit all my pictures. More post coming soon.

Latest lil' Haul

I bought these late last week~ I am really loving my perforator a lot. I am done with precut labels since I can't seem to align them right with the HP printer. I want to go back and get the regular paper cutter as well since this worked so well. I found a lot of stamps on clearance too. So I ended up with some from Michael's and Hobby Lobby. And I love the pink Smash pen, hehe.

Sock Monkey!

Since I go to work a bit late today, I decided to use my new rubber stamp. Sock monkey time! Can't wait to use these for decos or mail art.

Pink Deco Session

So I tried out my new deco supplies and spent serveral hours deco'ing. I'll post scans later since I am feeling a little tired tonight. I am trying to use up what I buy and deco at least once a week. I have a few supplies at my writing desk but I don't want it to get too messy. But I like to keep some things handy for mail art or for that rare deco moment.



Here are three of the decos I made today. The other one isn't quite ready but I may finish it tomorrow.

First Haul of 2012

I bought a few things today while I was out. The Walmart here in town had changed their Studio G section and I grabbed a few goodies. Mostly acrylic stamps that had cupcakes on it. I bought some ink, ribbon, and paper too.



At Michael's I bought more ribbon, an edge punch and couple of rubber stamps. I hope to get deco'ing soon since I never did get a chance to. I wanted to keep my acrylic stamps in CD cases but they only had the slim kind at Wal-Mart. I need the regular kind so I can pull them apart. I keep them in a photo album but it is getting to bulky.

Thank You Cameras

I had fun stamping these and cutting the out. It keeps my mind off things, hehe. I put three lil' baggies together that I want to send out as a thank you.
